		<description>Yes I did go up the river by boat, the location of some of the photos is only about a mile from the Garrison Ave bridge.  The Eagles have left now for the summer and will not return untill fall.  Eagles winter in Arkansas and nest, with eggs hatching in the spring and the fly north to avoid the heat of summer, returning to the same nest the next winter.</description>
